Important Notes for Heavy‑Duty Mine Car Rim
Installation Notes
- Check all rim components, lock ring, flange, bead seat band before installation. Do not use parts with crack, deformation, corrosion or wear.
- Confirm rim size matches the corresponding mining tire and mine car hub. Mismatched size is forbidden.
- Install lock ring completely into the groove of rim. Make sure the lock ring is fully seated before inflating the tire.
- Inflate tire slowly and check lock‑ring position during inflation. Stop inflating immediately if the lock ring pops out of position.
- Use standard‑specification bolts. Tighten bolts evenly in cross sequence to reach required torque value. Do not over‑tighten or under‑tighten bolts.
Operation & Loading Notes
- Do not exceed the rated load capacity of the mine car rim. Over‑loading will cause rim deformation, crack or sudden failure.
- Avoid long‑time sharp impact, collision between rim and rock, ore or hard obstacles during mine transportation.
- Control driving speed under rough‑road mine conditions. Reduce speed when passing bumpy sections.
- Regularly check bolt tightness after the mine car runs for the first 100 working hours. Retorque bolts as required.
