Anqiang mining wide body truck rims are multi-piece heavy-duty OTR steel rims built for wide-body mining dump trucks in open pits, quarries and underground mines. They carry heavy payloads and take continuous rock impact, mud abrasion and cyclic shock load, keeping your trucks stable and cutting unplanned downtime.
Product Features
High-strength steel material
Profile-steel rims are made from Q235B, Q355B and other steel grades. Thickened flange and bead seat design give strong anti-impact and anti-fatigue performance under repeated heavy load.
Modular split structure
Available in 3-piece and 5-piece split rim designs. Lock ring, flange and base rim can be replaced separately - one damaged part does not force you to scrap the whole rim, saving your fleet maintenance cost.
Precision machining & reliable welding
CNC machining on all matching surfaces, submerged arc full penetration welding, and UT/MT non-destructive testing on key welds. Tight tolerance control on lock ring fit prevents ring shift under vibration.
Anti-rust surface treatment
Blasting plus heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating holds up in wet, muddy, dusty mine sites, slowing rust and extending service life.
