2. Die Forging: Under multi-ton hydraulic presses, multi-directional forging through dies forms the initial rim blank, ensuring optimal alignment of metal grain flow with the rim's stress direction.
3. Precision Spinning and Rolling: Spinning the rim flange and other sections to further optimize material distribution and structural strength.
4. Heat Treatment: Combining quenching (rapid cooling for high hardness) with tempering (stress relief, microstructure stabilization, and toughness enhancement) to achieve the ideal balance of strength, hardness, and toughness.
5. Precision Machining and Inspection: CNC precision machining of mounting surfaces, valve holes, bolt holes, etc., ensures dimensional accuracy. Multiple non-destructive tests, including ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection, guarantee zero internal defects.
