Manufacturing Process
The 20-inch truck wheels are manufactured using a one-piece stamping process, featuring seamless welding and polishing. The overall structure of the rim is highly integrated, with no joints or gaps, thereby eliminating the risk of weld fractures. The surface undergoes multiple anti-corrosion treatments, utilising a high-temperature electrostatic powder coating process. The paint finish offers strong adhesion and is resistant to peeling, effectively withstanding corrosion from rain, mud, salt, and grit. It remains resilient against the effects of rain, snow and damp road conditions, and is unlikely to rust or oxidise even with long-term use. Furthermore, the rim edges are smooth and rounded, and dynamic balance is strictly controlled. Each rim undergoes dynamic balance testing before leaving the factory, thereby preventing vehicle vibration at high speeds and abnormal tyre wear, and reducing tyre wear and tear.
