Raw Material Control
- We utilise low-carbon alloy hot-rolled steel sheets specifically designed for rims in accordance with national standards. All raw materials undergo random mechanical property testing and spectroscopic composition analysis upon arrival at the factory to ensure that the steel's tensile strength and fatigue resistance meet the requirements for heavy-duty cyclic loading. Available in standard load-bearing and reinforced versions, the wall thickness of the rim, spokes and bolt bosses is strictly maintained in accordance with design standards. Products of the same specification have a uniform weight per unit, eliminating issues of uneven wall thickness or overall underweight resulting from cost-cutting measures. This ensures resistance to denting and deformation under heavy loads and on rough terrain.

Fully Automated Intelligent Manufacturing
- Rim Roll Forming: CNC-controlled roll forming ensures full roundness, eliminating ovality or distortion and preventing vehicle vibration at source.
- Fully automated welding: The connection between the spokes and the rim is continuously welded by robotic arms, resulting in uniform, full weld beads free from cold welds, broken welds, porosity or weld spatter. All welds undergo standard high-temperature stress relief treatment to eliminate internal welding stresses, ensuring no fatigue cracking occurs even under long-term, repeated loading and vibration.
- CNC Machining: The centre bore, bolt holes, flange contact surfaces and tubeless sealing surfaces are all precision-machined using CNC technology, ensuring precise hole positioning and smooth surfaces. All holes are chamfered and deburred to eliminate stress concentration points.
Strict Tolerance Control
Key installation dimensions such as rim diameter, rim width, PCD bolt circle, centre bore and offset are all maintained within the upper limits of national standards; The radial runout and end face runout of finished products are significantly lower than industry requirements. The bead sealing surfaces of tubeless models are finely polished to ensure the surface is free from scratches and dents, guaranteeing stable sealing performance and preventing chronic air leaks during long-term use; for dual-wheel-specific models, the spacing between the two wheels and the design of the mating bosses are optimised to prevent friction or jamming after installation.
Optimised Structural Design
The wheel spokes feature a ribbed structure, with bolt holes reinforced by thickened bosses to distribute stress effectively; all heavy-duty models undergo pre-production load testing, bench fatigue testing and simulated road impact testing, with rated load capacities stamped accurately and never overstated.
Multi-Layer Protection
Industrial vehicles operate year-round on muddy, wet, snowy and salt-alkali surfaces in mining areas, where rust prevention directly determines the rim's lifespan. We employ a four-layer anti-corrosion process in accordance with industry standards: acid washing for rust removal → phosphating primer → cathodic electrophoretic primer → electrostatic high-temperature topcoat. All hard-to-reach areas, including welds, rims and corners, are fully coated with no missed spots or bare metal. The paint film exhibits strong adhesion; it does not chip when scraped with a fingernail and will not suffer from extensive rusting or peeling even after years of normal outdoor use, with corrosion resistance improved by more than double.
