This special mining machinery rim is made as a heavy-duty replacement part for construction and mining equipment. It is built for off-highway machines running in open pits, quarries, rock yards and building sites. Unlike standard road wheel rims, this part is built to handle repeated heavy loads, sharp rock impacts and constant vibration on rough ground. It fits mining dump trucks, wheel loaders, underground haulers and other earthmoving machinery.
Key Features
Reinforced load carrying structure
We use thick steel plate and full submerged arc welding. Weak stress points on the rim are reinforced for mine working conditions. It reduces bending, permanent deformation and weld cracking under heavy cyclic loads.

Balanced toughness and abrasion resistance
Raw material is low alloy high strength steel. Heat treatment is applied to get proper hardness without becoming brittle. It can stand scratches from crushed stones and regular bumping on uneven mine roads.

Controlled machining tolerance
Bead seat, mounting holes and hub contact surface are machined within tight tolerance. Good fit keeps the rim, tire and hub aligned. It prevents tire shifting, slow air leakage and bolt loosening during long shifts.

Wide fitment options
Supports both tube type and tubeless mining tires. Rim width, offset, PCD and center bore can be adjusted to match your machine models.

Step-by-step factory inspection
Every rim goes through dimension check, weld visual check, non-destructive test and load sampling check before packing. We supply material test certificate upon request.

Important Notes
- Do not install this rim if you find visible cracks, deep dents or weld damage after delivery. Damaged rims must not be put into service.
- Check all bolt torque after first installation and re-tighten after 20 working hours. Vibration on mine roads will loosen fasteners easily.
- Match the rim strictly with the specified tire size and load rating. Overloading beyond the designed load limit will cause sudden rim failure.
- Avoid continuous impact against large sharp rocks. Heavy impact may create hidden cracks that cannot be seen with naked eyes.
- Regular inspection is required. Check bead area, welding seams and mounting holes every week for fleets working 24-hour shifts.
- Do not carry out welding, cutting or heating modification on the rim on site. Any unauthorized heat processing will destroy the original heat treatment performance.
- Store rims in dry and covered areas. Long-term exposure to rain and moisture speeds up rusting and shortens service life.
- When replacing rims, confirm the offset and bolt pattern match your hub. Wrong fitment will lead to abnormal tire wear and safety risks.
