Anqiang underground mining LHD wheel rims are purpose-built multi-piece steel rims for Load-Haul-Dump scooptrams and low-profile underground mining loaders. Underground mines bring severe challenges: narrow drifts, uneven rocky roadways, splash mine water, high humidity, frequent start-stop, sharp rock impact and continuous cyclic heavy loading. Poor-quality rims easily suffer bead slip, flange deformation, weld cracking and seal failure, leading to unexpected machine downtime and high maintenance cost.
