First, check the dimensions
Select the rim diameter and width based on the tyre model. For example:
Common tyres such as 10.00R20 / 11.00R20 → pair with 20-inch rims
Vacuum tyres such as 12R22.5 → pair with 22.5-inch rims
If the dimensions do not match, the tyres simply will not fit.

Select the construction: split or monoblock
Split: Quick tyre changes and easy maintenance; suitable for heavy goods vehicles, trailers, construction vehicles and site vehicles.
Monoblock: Good sealing and greater stability; suitable for light goods vehicles, minibuses, standard-load road transport and passenger coaches.

Select strength based on load capacity
Standard load, road transport: Standard high-quality carbon steel is sufficient.
Heavy loads, dump trucks, mixer trucks, mining: High-strength alloy steel rims are essential, offering superior load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation and cracking.

Check axle head specifications
Confirm the number of bolt holes (6-hole / 8-hole / 10-hole), centre bore diameter and offset; these must match the original vehicle's axle head, otherwise the rim will not fit.

Consider road conditions and usage scenarios
Urban / Intercity roads: Choose one-piece steel rims for cost-effectiveness and durability.
Construction sites, mines, rough terrain, and frequent punctures/tyre changes: Choose split-type steel rims for lower maintenance costs and greater efficiency.
