Installation & Operation Notes
- Inspect dimension, surface defect and hardness report before installation. Do not use cracked or chipped rims.
- Fully clean hub surface, remove rust, burr and old residue before press fitting.
- Control press-fitting force strictly. Overpressure causes rim crack; insufficient pressure results in loose fit.
- Check runout and contact surface after assembly.
- Regularly monitor tread wear, crack and flange thickness during daily crane maintenance. Replace rim once reaching wear limit.
- Keep rail clean, avoid sand, slag and hard debris between wheel and rail to prevent abnormal abrasion.
