Long-distance motorway driving, climbing steep gradients in mountainous terrain, heavy loads and rough terrain on construction sites, corrosion caused by water splashing onto the brakes, and prolonged exposure to high-frequency vibrations are the core operating conditions for heavy-duty lorries. Consequently, heavy-duty lorry rims must possess the following performance characteristics:
Our entire range of heavy-duty truck rims is manufactured using Q355 high-strength structural steel in accordance with national standards, setting them apart from the ordinary low-carbon steel sheets commonly found on the market. The plate thickness is designed to be progressively increased according to the specific truck wheel type, with reinforced treatment applied to the rim flange and the load-bearing areas of the tyre bead. Whether used for standard-load long-haul logistics or for construction site tippers occasionally carrying heavy loads or travelling on rough roads, the rims will not suffer from oval deformation, flange collapse or curled edges. This eliminates the risk of tyre detachment and blowouts at source, significantly reducing the incidence of breakdowns on the road.
To address the issue of weld seam cracking caused by prolonged high-speed operation and rough terrain, our heavy-duty truck rims utilise a fully automated submerged arc welding process. The weld seams are full, free from porosity, incomplete fusion or slag inclusions, and undergo standardised stress relief treatment post-welding. With strong resistance to metal fatigue, the weld seams are unlikely to crack throughout their service life under normal operating conditions, making them particularly suitable for vehicles operating on national trunk routes and long-distance journeys through mountainous terrain.

Heavy-duty lorries primarily use tubeless tyre rims. To resolve issues such as air leaks, poor dynamic balance and tyre wear, each of our rims undergoes precision machining, roundness correction and dynamic balance testing. The tyre bead contact surface is highly flat, ensuring a tight seal with the tubeless tyre and eliminating the hassle of slow air loss and repeated tyre repairs. With dynamic balancing precision meeting standards, the vehicle does not experience steering vibration or tyre wear during high-speed driving, extending tyre service life and helping you save significantly on tyre replacement costs.
The surface features a dual-layer anti-corrosion process comprising electrophoretic primer and outdoor weather-resistant powder coating. The paint film offers strong adhesion and is resistant to scratches and acid-alkali corrosion. It will not peel, rust or corrode through when exposed to brake fluid, rainwater, mud or coastal humidity. Both appearance and protective performance remain intact for over three years of normal use.
Whilst ensuring load-bearing strength, we have optimised the structure to achieve a compliant lightweight design, making each rim lighter than traditional models. The reduced overall vehicle weight leads to lower fuel consumption and allows for increased payload within regulatory limits, resulting in a significant improvement in transport profitability over the long term.
Our Advantages
-
No middlemen, unbeatable value for money: We have our own factory and handle the entire production process in-house, so there are no mark-ups from distributors or agents.
-
Large-scale production ensures no stock shortages during peak seasons: multiple automated production lines with an annual output of 300,000 steel rims, and ample stock always available.
-
Extremely low defect rate for worry-free after-sales service: three-stage comprehensive inspection (raw material incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection), with each batch accompanied by dynamic balancing, pressure testing and non-destructive testing reports.
