This heavy-duty wheel rim is specially engineered for underground LHD (Load-Haul-Dump) mining vehicles. Built to cope with narrow tunnels, bumpy rock roadways, heavy cyclic loading and constant impact in underground mines. We supply standard models and accept custom OEM sizing to match most mainstream LHD brands.
Unlike general construction rims, underground LHD rims face harsher working conditions: sharp rock debris, uneven ground, frequent start-stop and turning. Our rim adopts thickened high-strength steel, precision welding and strict stress relief treatment to reduce deformation, crack and air leakage risks during long underground shifts.
