This enables us to ensure the rapid delivery of bulk orders whilst also flexibly accommodating small-batch customisation requests, allowing us to respond efficiently to market fluctuations.

By introducing advanced equipment such as laser alignment and automated welding systems, and adhering to the ISO/TS 16949 automotive quality management system standard, we maintain rim roundness tolerances within stringent limits, significantly enhancing product precision and durability. We select high-quality steel as our raw material and use spectrometers to verify its composition. Finished products undergo a series of rigorous tests, including airtightness, dynamic balancing and tensile strength, to ensure that every wheel hub complies with national and industry standards. With outstanding resistance to salt spray and impact, we eliminate any potential quality issues.

We undertake custom manufacturing of steel wheels for a wide range of vehicles, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles and specialised vehicles, covering multiple specifications and sizes.
