The 29-13.00/2.5 alloy cast wheel is Anqiang's flagship casting product, engineered specifically for the largest class of wide-body mining dump trucks operating in open-pit and quarry environments. This wheel uses a one-piece casting process that eliminates weld seams entirely - a critical advantage over welded alternatives where cyclic loading and vibration routinely initiate cracks at joint points.

Designed for 18.00-29 bias-ply tires, the wheel features a three-piece architecture (rim + side ring + lock ring) that simplifies field maintenance and tire servicing. The 24-27 bolt hole pattern with PCD 500mm and C.B.D 446mm ensures direct bolt-on compatibility with major mining truck platforms.

Welded steel rims accumulate micro-cracks at weld zones after thousands of load cycles. The one-piece cast construction of this 29-13.00/2.5 wheel removes all weld joints from the stress path, delivering significantly longer fatigue life in the most demanding mining applications. The cast alloy material (ZG310-570 grade steel) provides tensile strength >= 570 MPa, resisting deformation under payloads exceeding 100 tons.
