About This Rim

The 15-6.00 is a rugged three-piece flat-base steel rim built for 15-inch off-road and underground mining tires. With a 320 mm PCD, 12 bolt holes, and a 105 mm offset, it delivers a stable, high-load wheel solution for equipment working in tight and harsh conditions. Produced at our Tangyin facility in Anyang, Henan, the rim uses a reinforced flange and accurate 5° bead seat to resist impact, side loading, and frequent maintenance cycles on underground LHD loaders, trailers, and graders.

Every rim is formed from Q355B high-strength steel and checked through multiple inspection steps:

 Measurement verification for PCD, center bore, bead seat profile, and offset
 Shot blasting + anti-corrosion primer as standard; RAL color coating available
 Batch records maintained, with inspection reports provided when required

Non-standard PCD, offset, and hole patterns can be supported; if new tooling is required, we will confirm this at the first quotation stage.
