OEM crane wheel rim is a custom heavy-duty steel wheel rim designed and manufactured according to customer drawings, dimensional data and technical requirements. This product is mainly used for all types of mobile cranes, truck cranes, rough terrain cranes, port cranes and engineering construction machinery. Different from standard off-the-shelf wheel rims, OEM crane wheel rims are not limited by fixed sizes. All structural parameters, installation parameters and load parameters can be customized to match different equipment chassis, tire models and working conditions.
OEM Customization Scope
All core parameters of the crane wheel rim can be customized according to customer technical requirements.
- Dimension customization: Rim width, outer diameter, inner diameter, offset, plate thickness, groove size can be adjusted according to drawings.
- Installation customization: Hub bore size, bolt hole quantity, bolt hole diameter, PCD hole spacing, mounting surface flatness.
- Structural customization: Two-piece or three-piece split structure, lock ring type, sealing structure, reinforced structure for heavy load.
- Material customization: Conventional Q355B steel, Q235 steel or other designated steel materials.

Production Process
All OEM crane wheel rims are produced in strict accordance with customer technical standards. The production steps include raw material cutting, hot rolling forming, seam welding, internal stress relief treatment, CNC finishing machining, hole position processing, surface treatment, dimensional inspection and finished product packaging. The main raw material is low alloy high strength steel plate. The welded structure eliminates deformation caused by long-term heavy load. Stress relief treatment reduces structural fatigue during repeated use. CNC machining ensures the tolerance of installation holes and assembly surfaces, which can match different crane chassis and tire assembly requirements. The surface anti-rust treatment adapts to outdoor, rainy, dusty and port humid working environments.
