Custom crane wheel rim is multi-piece steel rim for mobile cranes, port hoisting equipment and construction lifting machines. The rim adopts rolled and welded steel structure. It works under heavy load and rough site conditions.

Custom options include non-standard rim width, offset, bolt hole layout, hub bore, plate thickness and multi-piece split structure. Production follows customer drawings.
Material and Technical Information
Material: Q355B steel plate.
Structure: Multi-piece split rim with lock ring. This structure supports tire assembly and disassembly. Each component includes rim base, side ring and lock ring. All parts are machined to matched tolerance.
Surface treatment: Sandblasting and grey anti-rust coating. Sandblasting removes oxide and welding slag before painting. Coating protects steel surface from rust in outdoor and wet working environment.
Production process: Hot rolling, welding, stress relief treatment, CNC machining. Raw steel plate is rolled into circular shape. Welding connects the rolled seam. Stress relief removes internal stress generated during welding. CNC machining processes mounting face, bolt holes and hub bore.
Dimensional inspection: Each finished rim will be checked for circle runout, flatness, hole position and wall thickness. All dimension data is recorded before shipment.

Custom Service
OEM and ODM orders are accepted. Customers can provide rim dimension data, bolt pattern, load requirement or technical drawings for production. We process samples according to drawings before mass production. Sample dimensions will be verified and confirmed with customers. Mass production starts after sample approval. We can adjust steel plate thickness, ring size and mounting hole arrangement based on customer load and assembly requirements.
