Usage Recommendations
Establish a Safe Installation and Removal Procedure
Before installing new rims, assign a unique number and record the installation position. Prior to assembly, operators should remove rust and polish the rim base, bead seat, flange, and locking ring. During installation, carefully inspect the rim grooves and areas around the locking ring. If cracks or other defects are found, the rim must not be used.
Regular Inspection
The recommended service life of a rim should not exceed 40,000 hours. Sandblasting, rust removal, grinding, and flaw detection can be performed to identify cracks, deformations, or wear in time. If the rim exceeds the manufacturer's specified service life or presents any safety risks, further use is strictly prohibited.
Maintain Records
Create a dedicated record card for every set of rims on each vehicle to document relevant factory information. We recommend recording every inspection, maintenance activity, and mileage from initial installation until removal and scrapping. This enables effective tracking and evaluation of rim performance.
