Product Overview

The 6.5-16 is a two-piece flat-base steel rim designed for 8.25-16 bias tires used on construction machinery, trailers and industrial vehicles. Manufactured at our Tangyin production base in Anyang, Henan, it features a 5° taper bead seat and a reinforced flange to withstand the impact and side-load stresses typical of off-road and material-handling operations.

Each rim is produced through rolling, welding, machining and balancing, with:
100% weld seam inspection
Dimensional verification for diameter runout, width and bead seat profile
Shot blasting + primer as standard; RAL color and customer logo available
Batch traceability with inspection report on request
ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified factory; National High-Tech Enterprise since 2020 with 20+ self-developed patents.

Fitment should be confirmed by your tire sidewall, hub drawing or a physical sample. Please send us a photo of your existing wheel for verification.

This rim is supplied as an OEM / non-standard item. We can adjust:
 PCD, bolt hole size, center bore and offset
 Flange geometry and valve hole position
 Steel grade and wall thickness for higher load requirements
 Paint color and stencil marking to your brand standard
 Complete welded wheel assembly if required
Production is based on your drawing, sample or technical parameters, with engineering confirmation before tooling.

Sample or trial quantity available. Drawing and data sheet come back before production, so what you approve is paper, not a container. Non-standard widths and hole patterns are possible; some need new dies, and you hear that in the first reply rather than after you commit.

Q: Is the 6.5-16 a tubeless rim?
A: No. It is a two-piece tube-type flat-base rim. If you need a tubeless configuration in this size, we can provide a custom design based on your tire and hub data.
Q: What tires fit this rim?
A: It is designed for 8.25-16 bias tires. Fitment should be confirmed against your existing wheel or hub drawing.
Q: Can you supply just the rim body?
A: Yes. We can supply the complete rim or individual components as spares.
Q: What's the MOQ and lead time?
A: Custom orders start from 1 piece. Lead time is approximately 22 working days from receipt of advance payment and confirmed drawings (Chinese public holidays excluded).
